BERNINA Q20 

The BERNINA Q20 comes standard as a sit down model machine. the generous free arm depth and height provide ample space for managing your larger quilts. The BERNINA Q 20 is designed, engineered, handcrafted and assembled in Switzerland and comes standard as a sit-down model machine. Undecided? The Q 20 can be upgraded to a frame model machine.

The BERNINA Q20 has the following features:

BERNINA Long arm stitch Regulation

Master hand-guided quilting quickly with the assistance of the integrated BERNINA Longarm Stitch Regulator available on both sit-down and frame models. Equipped with dual optical sensors, one on each side of the stitch hole in the needle plate, the BERNINA Longarm Stitch Regulator allows for very precise sensing of machine and fabric movement. Simple to activate and customizable using the machine’s touch screen, the BERNINA Longarm Stitch Regulator keeps your stitches even and consistent regardless of how simple or complex your quilt motif may be. Choose between three BSR modes one of which is basting. A manual mode with no stitch regulation is also available.

Unique user Interface

BERNINA brings the best of the domestic machine world to the Longarm world with a simple to navigate color touch screen. Totally customizable, it includes useful functionalities with a stitch counter and built-in tutorial.

Unique Thread part and Integrated Bobbin Winder

The BERNINA 580 is an all - rounder computerised sewing , quilting and embroidery machine offering you a total of 935 built - in stitch designs including alphabets and characters , comes in a lovely piano black face plate finish , offers 9 MM Stitch width , a full industrial front loading rotary hook system which is unique to BERNINA , operation through a high resolution TFT color touch screen and is capable of doing embroideries as large as 16 " x 6 " with the help of the optional mega hoop. Not only this but it is also compatible to the over 150 optional accessories and attachments that BERNINA has to offer and there's nothing that cannot be done on it. With 935 stitches in all, including 186 decorative stitches, you’ve got a generous selection from which to choose – and all stitches can be sewn up to a width of 9 mm, which is particularly attractive for embellishment. In addition, 7 alphabets for sewing and 7 alphabets for embroidery are at your fingertips. What’s more, the 100 embroidery designs can be accessed in a separate embroidery mode and adapted on the touchscreen: rotating, mirroring, sizing up or down or altering the stitch pattern are quickly accomplished, thanks to the 580’s intuitive operation. Using the memory function, it’s a cinch to permanently save your customized stitches and embroidery designs.

All stitches can be sewn with a stitch width of up to 9 mm, which is very practical in particular for decorations. In addition, it offers 5 alphabets that can be sewn as well as embroidered. The 70 embroidery patterns can be retrieved in a separate embroidery mode and adjusted using the touchscreen: turning, rotating, mirroring, sizing and other changes are achieved quickly thanks to the intuitive ease of use. Your individually adjusted stitches and embroidery designs are easily and permanently saved using the memory function.

With its recessed transporter, the BSR ensures that the stitch length always remains the exact same length, even if the material is not fed with an even speed. The BSR recognizes deviations and compensates for them so that freehand straight and zigzag stitches are always made with an identical stitch length.

The BERNINA 560 is equipped with a large, bright TFT touchscreen via which you can retrieve your various functions in the blink of an eye. Using the touchscreen you can easily switch between sewing mode and embroidery mode. Large, informative icons ensure that you can readily find the desired function on the BERNINA 560 without having to look too hard. The self-explanatory touchscreen allows for the intuitive operation of the BERNINA560. Looking through the manual becomes unnecessary, and even seamstresses with very little experience can swiftly switch between various stitches, embroidery designs and patterns, and functions of the BERNINA 560.
